A NORMAN ORIGINAL PURPLE LACE DRESS 50s SOLD OUT!!!
A NORMAN ORIGINAL PURPLE LACE DRESS 50s
Gorgeous grayish-purple lace party dress from the 1950s. This stunning piece of fashion history looks like something off an old Hollywood red carpet! With a sweetheart neckline, short lace sleeves, and a playful tule skirt, this is just the dress you’ve been searching for to make you stand out in the crowd! Back metal zip closure. The lace is rather delicate due to the age of the dress, but there is no visible damage that has gone unrepaired. The designer label is “A Norman Original.” We were unable to nail down solid enough research, but it is possible this label is associated with the iconic American fashion designer Norman Norell, who is known for his work as a Broadway costume designer, as well as his work with fashion designer and icon Hattie Carnegie. Either way… what a find! This dress is in stunning vintage condition and is sure to be a coveted item in any girl’s wardrobe!
